We have many years of experience with all types of electronics. We started our business repairing VCRs and camcorders. Over the years, as new technologies were introduced, we added to the products we regularly serviced. If you have something that you need repaired, call us and we will let you know if we think we can help.
We were the second service center in Virginia chosen as a Nintendo Authorized Service Center. We won national awards from Nintendo 4 years in a row. Nintendo eventually ended their service center program and started doing all the repairs themselves. Now we repair your Sony PlayStation, Xbox, or Nintendo Switch (or any of their other systems) out of warranty only. We offer a 6 month guarantee on game system repairs.
The most common problems lately have been broken HDMI ports and charging ports. We keep these parts in stock. For other problems we may have to order the parts.
We are not currently taking TVs for repair. We have found that it is not cost effective for us as a small shop to repair them. If this should change we will update this page
We take an upfront payment retainer of $25.00. It does apply to your final bill, however it is not refundable. This means that once you decide to leave your equipment with us we will ask for payment. This payment will apply to your total payment upon completion; for example: If the total of your repair would be $51, you would only owe us an additional $26 when you come to pick up your equipment. We recommend that you approve a certain minimum estimate when the equipment is brought in for repair. The estimate given is the least amount that we know a particular type of repair will likely cost. This allows us to repair the equipment the first time we work on it if it is at or below that amount. If after looking at the equipment we determine that it will cost more, we will contact you. You will be able to approve the higher amount or decline the repair. If you choose to decline the repair, there will be no additional charge
