We're sorry, but we are not currently accepting new TVs for repair
LCD and Plasma TV Repairs
We repair all brands of LCD and Plasma TVs. Except for broken screens, most of the flat screen TVs brought in for repair are economical
to repair. Even if someone else has told you it’s not worth repair, ask us we may be able to do it for less.
Older TVs
We do not repair glass picture tube or projection TVs. In recent years, estimates on most of these types of TVs have been declined. Because of this, it is not profitable for us to take them in.
Parts/Circuit Boards
Most manufacturers expect their TVs to be repaired by replacing entire circuit boards. In fact many do not sell any parts at all
for their TVs. We have many years experience diagnosing and replacing individual parts. If we can, we will replace only the parts needed.
This will save money and the repair will usually be completed faster.
Estimates/Pre-approvals
We take an upfront payment retainer of $25.00. It does apply to your final bill, however it is not refundable.
This means that once you decide to leave your equipment with us we will ask for payment this payment will apply to your total
payment upon completion; for example: If the total of your repair would be $51, you would only owe us an additional $30 when you
come to pick up your equipment. We recommend that you approve a certain minimum estimate when the TV is brought in for repair.
The estimate given is the least amount that we know a particular type of repair will likely cost. This allows us to repair the TV
the first time we work on it if it is at or below that amount. If after looking at the TV we determine that it will cost more,
we will contact you. You will be able to approve the higher amount or decline the repair. If you choose to decline the repair,
there will be no additional charge.
